From a cozy fireside living room to a ballroom for over 200 people Cortina Inn provides a facility that aligns with your function’s purpose. Our professional staff works with you to give individualized attention to every detail from audiovisual set-ups to menu advice.
Our Pico Ballroom has movable acoustic walls to allow three separate smaller meeting or breakout rooms. The Rutland Room is ideal for executive retreats with its elegant decor and stone fireplace. Several smaller more intimate meeting rooms are also available. The Centre Court social area is perfect for registrations, casual breakout sessions, exhibitors, or receptions up to 200 people. Rest rooms, elevators, storage space, and telephones are conveniently located. The entire facility is handicapped accessible.

Meeting room rental includes room set-up, cleaning, and breakdown, and use of all Audio-Visual Equipment. Special requirements and multiple room usage can be accommodated at additional cost. Changing room arrangements once room is set up will incur an additional charge.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Cortina Inn is a four-season resort hotel offering the atmosphere of an elegant country inn with the amenities of a large hotel. We are located in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains adjacent to The Killington Resort and The Green Mountain National Forest. Recreational opportunities of all kinds compliment our meeting facilities.
GETTING HERE
Transportation to Cortina Inn is easy. We are located on U.S. Route 4 seven miles east of Rutland, Vermont and one mile from Pico Mountain at Killington.
DRIVING times from major metropolitan areas are: Boston - 3 hours, Albany- 2 ½ hours, Burlington - 1 ½ hours, Montreal - 3 ½ hours.
AIRLINE SERVICE is provided to Rutland State Airport (12 miles) and to Burlington, Vermont (65 miles). Cortina Inn offers complimentary airport pick-up at Rutland State Airport for private and commercial flights.
AMTRAK provides daily direct trains between New York's Penn Station and Rutland with connecting shuttle service to our door.
Vermont Transit Bus service is available to Rutland from all points.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Cortina Inn has beautifully appointed rooms and suites; some with fireplaces and Jacuzzis, all with balcony or terrace. All rooms are quiet, have air conditioning and are equipped with cable TV and telephone data ports. Complimentary Wireless Internet is available in meeting rooms and common areas of the Inn as well as many guest rooms. Guests may enjoy our fitness center, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, hiking and biking trails, fly fishing & guide service and massage therapy. During the winter season we have horse-drawn sleigh rides, skating and snowshoeing on the premises. We are within minutes of the lifts at Killington Ski Area and during the summer we offer packages with 6 championship golf courses within ½ hour of the Inn several within minutes.
