Breakfast is a hearty Vermont Country Buffet.
The above rates are per room, per night for the indicated minimum night stays, and are valid for superior rooms with 2 double beds. Deluxe rooms and Suites are available at the daily surcharges listed below:
Queen Deluxe: $10.00
King Deluxe: $20.00
Family Room: $40.00
Fireplace Queen: $40.00

We require a $50 per room, per night deposit at the time of booking.
If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, the deposit will be credited to a future stay (good for one year from the original arrival date) if every room in the Inn is full each night of the reserved stay. If the Inn is not full each night of the reserved stay the entire deposit is forfeited.
If you depart prior to your reserved departure date, your deposit for the unfulfilled nights ($50 per room per night, non-holiday) will be credited to a future stay (good for one year from the original arrival date) if every room in the Inn is full for the remainder of the reserved stay. If the Inn is not full the remainder of the reserved stay the entire remainder of the deposit is forfeited.
