Septembers

The chefs and staff invite you to dine in the warm and comforting elegance of Septembers. We are proud to present a new, tantalizing menu of Mediterranean cuisine with American influence, designed for every diner’s whim and pleasure. Each dish artfully appeals to all senses, making the experience even more delightful.

Diners may choose from a variety of steak, veal, chicken, and seafood entrees, but are invited to whet their appetites with the creaminess of the Crab Stuffed Brie Bruschetta, topped with fresh tomato, basil, garlic, and olive oil, or the tanginess of the Salsiccia Marsala with chorizo, served over a goat cheese polenta cake. In addition to crisp House and Caesar Salads, diners are tempted with the beefy heartiness of the Grilled Sirloin Salad or the gentle flavors of the Seared Tuna Salad.

Chefs at Septembers know diners sometimes look for simple comfort in food and offer familiar dishes such as the juicy Chicken Riggies, sauteed with cherry peppers and garlic, or the crunchy Crab Crusted Cod that will melt in anyone’s mouth. Look for the Comfort Food section of the menu, which also features a Meatloaf du Jour.

All entrees are presented as colorful and textural mosaics such as the Filet Mignon Poivre with its caramelized onion galette with Vermont’s own Cabot cheddar and green peppercorn brandy demi-glace or the Hickory Smoked Lamb Rack with a Jack Daniel's demi-glace, served over a fresh rosemary and tomato polenta cake. The sizzling Grilled Flat Iron Steak and the bite of the Stuffed Statler Chicken with pancetta, gorgonzola, and fresh basil, finished with a brown mustard sauce are also enticing possibilities.

Also enjoy a fine wine selection and freshly made desserts from our in-house bakery to complement any meal, completing the full dining experience.

After a long, brisk day on the slopes, guests need a relaxing, casual, fun atmosphere. That's what Oscar's Pub and Grille is all about. It's the après sports place to be. A rathskeller-style pub, Oscar's Pub and Grille offers inexpensive, yet inventive menu options and great kids dishes. From Vegetable Quesadillas and Buffalo Wings or Crispy Chicken Wontons and Samosa’s, Smoked Salmon Crostini, to the burgers, pastas and salads, Oscar's Pub and Grille can please palates of all ages.

Wind your way through tables laden with traditional brunch offerings such as gently poached and scrambled eggs, smoky bacon and spicy sausage, fresh fruits, crispy waffles with drizzles of Vermont maple syrup, hot coffees and teas, bright juices, and a wide assortment of breads and cheeses.

Visit the Carving Station where chefs present weekly choices like juicy prime rib or tender pork loin with tubs of potatoes and steaming vegetables on the side. Featured chicken and fish courses, along with fresh cold salads, complement every plate.

No Sunday Brunch would be complete without a trip to Septembers Omelet and Pasta Stations where you create your own dish; a wide variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, cheese, pasta, and sauces await your pleasure, and the Dessert Bar offers sugary delights from our in-house bakery.
